Terms y conditions

  1. Every guest, by the mere fact of contracting lodging and hotel services, accepts these regulations to which he/she is subject, considering it as the service contract to be fulfilled.
  2. The guest is obliged to register personally on the registration card, in the case of previously contracted group, their representative is obliged to register them, the hotel is entitled to reserve the right of admission if any guest does not comply with the registration and may require the identification of the applicant and those accompanying him/her.
  3. The guest must specify on the registration card the number of nights he/she will stay at the hotel, the unit of time shall be considered as the one specified in the accommodation contract as a day whose expiration shall be set at 12 noon of each day. It shall be considered as a full day when the occupancy takes effect before 6 o'clock, in case of omission of the duration of accommodation shall be considered contracted for one day only and subsequent stays shall be voluntary extensions of 24 hours. Each time, the hotel may terminate the accommodation at any time, prior notice to the guest, in the case of agreed accommodation the above shall apply at the end of the contracted time. The guest is obliged to pay on time the amount of the bill caused to the hotel when required by the hotel, the hotel is entitled to require the guest to pay in advance and the guest may guarantee it by signing a promissory note (Boucher) of a credit card accepted by the hotel, the guest who vacates the room after 13 hours, is obliged to fulfill the amount of accommodation for another day, is cause for termination of the accommodation service the lack of payment of the same.
  4. It is forbidden for guests to nail or place images or objects on the walls, light fires in terraces or rooms, have substances that due to their stench or easy decomposition bother other users of the establishment, as well as obstruct balconies or corridors, if any, with packages or clothes.
  5. The hotel is not responsible for valuables not deposited in its safe deposit box, which is located in the room's closet.
  6. It is forbidden to the guest and is cause for termination of the service:
    • Make noises, provoke disturbances, introduce musicians, bring animals and carry out any act that disturbs other guests.
    • Using rooms for gambling prohibited by law or disobeying laws or regulations.
    • Using electrical current or mechanical equipment installed in the room for purposes other than those for which it was intended, as well as using electrical appliances that may cause shorts or fires.
    • Deteriorate the furnishings, decoration or cause damage to hotel property.
    • Execute acts that cause damage or harm to the hotel or guests and are contrary to the laws and good customs.
    • Use gas, charcoal or electric braceros and/or grills inside rooms or terraces.
    • The guest who violates any of the aforementioned prohibitions shall not be entitled to any reduction in the amount owed for lodging and shall also be obliged to pay for any damages caused.
  7. For aesthetic reasons, it is forbidden to hang clothes and towels on the railings of the terraces of the rooms.
  8. Every guest leaving his room is obliged to leave the water faucets, entrance doors and windows closed, turn off the lights, and return the room keys to the administration, in case of loss or damage caused by carelessness, the customer will be charged the amount thereof.
  9. Luggage and other goods brought into the hotel by the guest shall be considered his property and shall be preferentially liable for the debts for lodging, complementary services and other consumptions caused by the guest, these goods may be retained as a pledge by the hotel in accordance with article 5 of these regulations and after 30 days from the date the bill should have been paid, the hotel may execute the pledge.
  10. The hotel does not authorize the access of persons who have not been expressly authorized by the guest and reserves the right to admit in the occupied rooms the visits of other persons. The hotel representatives providing services inherent to the lodging have free access to the occupied rooms in case the guests are absent for more than 24 hours without prior notice to the hotel; as established in the previous article, the contract may be terminated if the luggage does not represent sufficient value to cover the customer's debts, otherwise, the hotel representative may remove the luggage after 72 hours of absence.
  11. The pool and gym areas are for the exclusive use of registered guests. In case of non-registered guests, they may use the pool at the Beach Club, paying the corresponding fee. The EMBARCADERO COCINA + BAR restaurant area is part of the hotel but is open to the general public.
  12. Appropriate attire is required to walk through the corridors or pass through the restaurant and/or hotel services.
  13. The commercial premises outside the building have their own administration and the hotel is not responsible for their management.
